Dr. Robert Hashemiyoon received his AB degree from the University of Pennsylvania. his medical degree from the George Washington University School of Medicine.

Dr. Hashemiyoon is nationally recognized for his expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of venous disorders. He has been invited to make scientific presentations and been asked to conduct fellowships teaching medical management of venous disease for both national and international physicians. He has served on the education committee of the American College Of Phlebology.
He has been published in medical journals including Journal of Dermatologic Surgery and Oncology. He has been asked to lecture to the Australian Medical Society. Done research in Belgium. He has been featured in Frederick Magazine, in Maryland World Class Doctors: "Local Physicians Making a Difference." He was published in The Washington Times newspaper in Washington, D.C.. Recently, he was featured on CBS NEWS in Los Angeles for his expertise in vein medicine (Phlebology).
